A former wine lover turned alcohol freedom coach, I’m Ruby Williams, and I’m here to help you live a healthier, freer, and more fulfilling life without alcohol. With nearly two decades of experience in the wine and alcohol industry, I understand the challenges and pressures that come with it. My personal journey from relying on wine to relieve stress to embracing a life of sobriety has inspired me to support others on their path to freedom.

Through my podcast, “Feel Lit Alcohol Free,” and my work as an Alcohol Freedom Coach, I share my story and provide practical tools and compassionate guidance to help you overcome alcohol dependence and discover the joy of an alcohol-free life.

My mission is to help you redefine your relationship with alcohol, embrace self-compassion, and live a life that’s not only free from alcohol but rich in purpose and happiness. For years, I struggled with the pressures of a demanding lifestyle, turning to alcohol as a coping mechanism. But when I made the decision to stop drinking, I opened the door to a world of possibilities. I overcame my food addiction, lost weight, and started my own coaching business. My passion for understanding the effects of alcohol on the brain and my commitment to helping others led me to become a certified coach and podcast host.
